Don Quixote de la Mancha

After a lifetime with his head stuck deep in books, the elderly Don Quixote puts on a rusting suit of armour, saddles his elderly nag and rides gamely forth into the world, arthritic joints creaking, to enforce the chivalry of an earlier age.


A well-worn theme maybe - the world hardly needed another picture of this chap - but one I've always wanted to have a crack at. I find mad characters very appealing, and you have to admire Quixote's ideals.
